Issues I work with

  • Anxiety

Anxiety is a term to describe feelings of worry, fear or panic. I understand anxiety as a symptom of other, underlying issues. It’s telling you that something isn’t OK. Talking through and exploring the underlying issues and expressing any repressed feeling will help you to understand your anxiety and  therefore the anxiety is no longer needed and the symptoms reduce.

  •  Relationship issues

Relationships can be difficult and confusing, especially if we find ourselves drawn to the same sorts of people again and again.  Perhaps you’re in a relationship and you’re not communicating as you used to or perhaps you no longer feel heard by the other person and this is creating distance between you?  Maybe you’ve struggled to have long-term relationships and you can’t understand why or you may have realised you’re in an abusive relationship and you need some clarity around how to move forwards?

  • Other issues

I also work with a range of issues and will work with whatever you choose to bring to our sessions but I also have experience working with:

  • Depression
  • Family issues and conflicts
  • Work issues
  • Stress
  • Change and transition
  • Midlife crisis
  • Retirement

  • Finding life purpose
  • Loss of meaning
